My holistic approach to nutrition coaching takes into account your entire lifestyle, not just the calories you eat or the symptoms of a disease or diagnosis. I pick up where diets and one-size-fits-all methods fail, leaving people feeling like they will never succeed. My goal is to teach you to the tools you need to look and feel your best.
I will work with you to help you identify how your diet and lifestyle might be impacting your overall health and together we can tackle:

Certified by the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners and the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, I look forward to creating a personalized plan for you that’s based on the latest research on nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
How to get started
I’m available to meet with you by phone or Zoom for a complimentary 20-minute appointment where you can explain your goals and I can answer your questions about nutrition and lifestyle coaching. After we speak, I’ll send you some intake forms to complete before our initial appointment. This will include specialized health and nutrition questionnaires based on your goals. I’ll also be asking you to record what you eat for 5 days to help me make targeted nutritional recommendations.
What to expect from your intake appointment.
During your first appointment, we’ll review your intake forms and food logs and I’ll assess your nutritional and lifestyle priorities. I’ll answer your questions and we can discuss solutions to barriers and hurdles that you’ve experienced and which coaching plans are best suited to help you reach your goals.
Next steps
When you book your Nutrition & Lifestyle personalized plan appointment, I will provide you with a targeted food plan based on your nutritional objectives. You will also receive a grocery list, a weekly food planner with recipes and a comprehensive nutrition guide for your reference.
Clients who chose to have additional coaching support will benefit from regular check-ins and additional supporting documentation. I’ll also monitor your progress and refine your nutrition and lifestyle objectives to help you reach your goals.
