HOW CAN I HELP?
As a registered Natural Nutritional Practitioner and certified Health Coach, I can
provide you with an assessment of your overall health as it applies to your whole life.
This not only includes nutrition, but your physical, emotional, social and environmental
circumstances as well. I use food, education, lifestyle modifications and supplement
recommendations to empower you towards self-healing, increased health and
maximized vitality.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
We’ll start with a nutritional assessment which s essentially an investigation into your
nutritional and lifestyle balance. It’s like getting a diagnostic test done for your car
when your ‘check engine’ light is illuminated.
I use a variety of questionnaires and intake documents to learn more about your goals,
health concerns, foods you’re eating, when and where you’re eating as well as your
sleep habits, movement practices, and stress levels.
Once I’ve compiled your information, we’ll meet to discuss the areas that are working
well, and others that need support.
I like to use a traffic light analogy:
Green – All good, keep up the good work!
Yellow- Caution, needs some attention.
Red – Stop! Top priority.
